Shangaa
Fishing Camp

Shangaa means “to be in awe”

At the heart of rich wildlife terrain.

The camp's expansive view of Nyerere Lake and the Selous ecosystem makes its Kiswahili name fitting. Set on a peninsula extending into the lake, with the Ruaha River to its north, the camp meets open plains and waterways that are home to resident lion prides and large elephant herds.

It offers world-class tiger fishing. Explore by game drive, boat or from the air.
